Convectant Drying

Water Out's patented Convectant Drying is a technological breakthrough in structural drying. Outside fresh air is conditioned down to 2% relative humidity and 140°F, dramatically increasing its capacity to hold moisture. As the hot, dry air is pumped into the building, it is circulated by turbo air movers creating a vortex effect, pulling moisture from walls, ceilings, floors and even furniture. The heavy, moisture laden air is then exhausted directly outside.

A single Water Out trailer can remove 300 gallons of water per day - ten times more than the typical commercial-grade dehumidifier - making it the fastest, most effective drying system in existence. And because it produces its own heat, Water Out is effective in low temperatures when dehumidifiers simply will not work.

Water Out equipment runs on propane and 110-volt house current. Not only is it energy-efficient, Water Out is extremely quiet, minimizing any inconvenience to the property owner or to neighbors.

Water Out saves money in two ways:

1. reducing drying time dramatically, minimizing claims for "additional living expense" and "business interruption", and
2. saving walls, ceilings, carpeting and hardwood floors, rather than tearing out and replacing them.
